2. Controller and applicable rules
The controller of personal data received through this site is New Business Horizon LLC, EIN (Federal Tax ID): 61-2248854, at 407 Lincoln Road, Suite 708, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States. For privacy enquiries, email hola@newbusinesshorizon.com.
NBH uses the General Data Protection Regulation and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 as references for people to whom those rules apply. If the controller changes or the territorial scope of the activity requires additional information, this policy will be updated.
3. Data and source
We may receive identification, professional and contact information you choose to include in the form, an email, WhatsApp message or subsequent conversation. We do not ask you to submit special categories of data, confidential documents, clinical information or detailed financial data through this website.
Direct form submission records your answers in the website hosting infrastructure and sends them to HubSpot to manage your enquiry. Only a confirmation with a reference confirms that the website has recorded it; CRM synchronisation may remain pending if an issue occurs. When the button says “Open my email to send”, you must send the message from your email app and the website cannot confirm receipt.
4. Purposes and legal bases
| Processing | Purpose | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiries and requests | Respond, understand the need and assess a possible service. | Consent and requested pre-contractual steps. |
| Professional relationship | Prepare, deliver and manage the agreed service. | Contract performance and legal obligations. |
| Informational communications | Send NBH content following valid sign-up. | Specific and revocable consent. |
| Security and operation | Protect the site, prevent abuse and resolve incidents. | Legitimate interest, where permitted by applicable law. |
5. Orientation assistant and measurement
The assistant provides initial orientation. It does not diagnose, interpret personal tests or decide whether someone is an MQL, SQL or client. Its answers remain in the browser and are not sent to an external model, CRM or database.
Optional local measurement uses a pseudonymous session and excludes names, email addresses, phone numbers, companies, free text, complete answers and financial data. No external analytics provider is connected to this feature.
6. Retention
Enquiries will be kept as long as needed to respond and then for the applicable periods to evidence communications or address liabilities. Professional-relationship data will be kept while that relationship exists and for applicable legal periods afterwards. Information used for communications will be kept until consent is withdrawn, without prejudice to any required legal blocking.
7. Recipients, providers and international transfers
Personal data is not sold. Providers needed for hosting (Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure), enquiry management (HubSpot), email and communications may have access to it, subject to the applicable safeguards. Where processing involves access from outside the European Economic Area, the relevant legal mechanism will be applied. You may ask about these recipients and safeguards at hola@newbusinesshorizon.com.
When you open external links such as WhatsApp, the provider’s policies also apply. If other services are added, this information will be updated before they are used.
8. Rights
You can exercise your rights by emailing hola@newbusinesshorizon.com, stating the right and the information needed to verify your identity. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your competent supervisory authority.
9. Children and security
NBH services are aimed at adults and professionals. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. Technical and organisational measures proportionate to risk will be applied, although no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes
This policy will be reviewed when forms, newsletter, measurement, hosting, providers or the project’s legal owner change. A future replacement of the operator or controller will not result from an internal decision alone: it will be reflected only after formal completion, identification of the legal basis for any necessary communication or migration, and notice to affected people where required.
