The identity shown belongs to the current website owner. The party delivering and invoicing each service will be expressly identified in the proposal and contract. Any later change of provider will be reflected consistently in the proposal, contract, invoice and personal-data information.

2. Scope and clients

These terms apply to consulting, decision-review and strategic-support proposals that expressly refer to them. NBH may work with professionals, companies, investors and, where the service permits, adult consumers.

The services do not replace legal, tax, accounting, regulated financial, medical or psychological advice. Where regulated expertise is required, NBH will identify the need for an appropriate professional.

3. How the contract is formed

  1. The interested person requests a conversation or sends initial information.
  2. NBH assesses fit without accepting the engagement.
  3. NBH sends a written proposal setting out scope, exclusions, total price and taxes, timetable, deliverables and payment.
  4. The contract is formed when the proposal is accepted through the stated method and, where required, the initial payment is received.

Browsing, using the orientation assistant, sending an email or clicking a contact button does not by itself form a contract.

4. Pre-contract information and records

Before acceptance, the client may save the proposal and these terms. The proposal will identify the contractual language, offer validity, acceptance steps and method for correcting errors. NBH will retain contractual records for the required legal periods and provide a copy to the client.

5. Prices, taxes and invoices

The published rates are base prices for the scope described for each service. The applicable total price and any adjustment will be set out in the accepted proposal before engagement.

For consumers, the proposal will show the total price including applicable taxes. For professionals and companies, it will state the taxable amount, taxes, any reverse-charge mechanism and total, as applicable. Additional expenses will be charged only when disclosed and accepted in advance.

6. Payment

The proposal will state currency, schedule, payment method and consequences of delay. Unless otherwise stated, work will not begin before the agreed initial payment is received. Full card details or banking credentials must not be sent by email, WhatsApp or the orientation assistant.

7. Service delivery

Services are delivered mainly online. The client will provide reasonably sufficient information, involve the necessary people and review deliverables within the agreed period. Delays caused by missing information, availability or decisions may require replanning.

NBH owes professional care and effort; it does not guarantee finance, savings, profitability, sales, investment or any external result.

8. Consumer withdrawal

Where a distance contract is subject to Spanish consumer law, a consumer generally has fourteen calendar days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason.

If the consumer expressly requests that delivery start within that period and later withdraws, they must pay the proportion already delivered. If the service is fully delivered within the period, withdrawal is lost only after prior consent and express acknowledgement of that consequence. These rules do not apply in the same way to professional or business clients.

9. Withdrawal template

Where applicable, send an unequivocal statement to hola@newbusinesshorizon.com or use:

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for [service], entered into on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].

10. Changes, cancellation and rescheduling

Scope changes must be agreed in writing. The proposal will set the relevant cancellation and rescheduling rules. NBH will not impose penalties or waivers that conflict with mandatory consumer rights.

11. Confidentiality and personal data

Each party will protect information identified as confidential or reasonably understood to be confidential. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Special-category data or confidential documents should not be sent through unagreed channels.

12. Intellectual property

Each party retains its pre-existing materials. Unless agreed otherwise, after full payment the client may use final deliverables internally for the agreed purpose. NBH retains its pre-existing methods, templates, tools and know-how. Resale, publication or adaptation for third parties requires written permission.

13. Liability

The person or organisation making a business decision remains responsible for it. Within legal limits, NBH is responsible for the agreed service but not for incorrect or omitted data, decisions outside scope, third-party acts or market outcomes. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or mandatory consumer rights.

14. Complaints, law and jurisdiction

Issues may be sent to hola@newbusinesshorizon.com. The parties will seek a documented, good-faith solution.

Unless validly agreed otherwise, these terms are interpreted under Spanish law. For professional clients, the courts of Barcelona may be agreed as competent. Consumers retain the mandatory law and courts that protect them.

15. Priority and updates

The accepted proposal prevails over these terms for specifically negotiated matters. If a clause is invalid, the remainder continues to the extent permitted. The applicable version is the one supplied or linked when the contract is formed.
